@CenturyLinkHelp why does your gateway always loose internet signal? I have a smart home and without your service, nothing works. It always happens 2days after I leave the home until I reset the gateway. Then everything happens again. I need a new gateway!!!!

@MadDogecoins @elonmusk Viasat is $175/mo alone and their service barely works. We bought THREE internet pods that run off of cellphone towers and we get 1 bar here. CenturyLink told us they serviced this area before I bought this house. After buying the home, they now say they don't. Their story chages

As somebody who works in customer service, it's safe to say that @CenturyLink has one of the worse over-the-phone customer service lines I've dealt with. Been calling on a SIMPLE issue since Friday and keep getting transferred around to THE SAME PEOPLE

@CenturyLinkHelp I have taken enough time speaking with countless customer service reps over the past week or 2.They even said that they sent a technician out to my home. Noone showed up but sent a message that they did. Again. still no internet. They said they are sending ANOTHER technician.

@AZMisterBen @CenturyLink Gotta say, the WORST customer experience of MY LIFE was with @CenturyLink. It was a horror torture for months, endless hours long calls with no resolution, constantly increasing fees and wrong charges. Their business protocol is to frustrate and intimidate to their advantage.

@CenturyLinkHelp Maybe if Centurylink can somehow provide school districts with current outages and issues instead of parents having to explain to the school about outages. Parents already have enough on their plate trying to teach and trying to solve internet problems.

@CenturyLinkHome Only in new subdivisions, the downtown neighborhoods in Boise aren’t worth providing service to, even though you have plug and play tech to do so, and are doing so in richer neighborhoods. These are words from a Centurylink field employee. Switching to starlink next month.

@CenturyLinkHelp just got my chat closed by a tech support agent when trying to figure out when service is going to be restored. Great service centurylink. I now know why Comcast is rated better than you here in Salem.
