Something like:
“Every game you illegally download is one less sale for Nintendo.”
ROM is a term used in computer game piracy. You could illegally download a ROM of an old cartridge game (for example, Paper Mario on GameCube) and play it on a Gamecube emulator on your personal computer.
dl = download
Bing bing wahoo is a reference to the sounds Mario makes when he collects coins and jumps. It’s from an internet meme so it’s not a common expression but I assume it’s a reference to making money (like Mario collecting coins in a video game).
Shigeru Miyamoto is a game developer for Nintendo.
The geisha girl part is confusing to me. If I had to guess, I’d say this person is trying to make fun of Nintendo fans by referring to them as something stereotypically japanese while also questioning their masculinity. Assuming most fans are boys, calling them girls would be seen as an insult.
