@Mandy_Chivers @CenturyLinkSEA DSL vs. Cable tech, unfortunately. All the rural DSL lines that Centurylink has on Bainbridge are really bad and unlikely to get better without running new wires to your house.

I'll give it to CenturyLink Field.... they are LOUD! to generate the noise that they do in an open stadium is impressive. they caused a LOT of problems for the offense in the first half.

Hey, @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp - I just had a SUPER frustrating call with a call center rep who refused to accept my explanation of why my Internet service wasnât working. She demanded to schedule a dispatch call. I asked to speak to someone else and 20 min later, all fixed.

@CenturyLinkHelp The person I spoke to in customer retention said 3Mbps was the best you can do and had no information on when fiber would be provisioned so I donât imagine you can do any better.

@CenturyLinkHelp Page 4. Dropped call. Awaited call back & performed same routine as always, disconnect power, reset. Called back. Hugo ran line check & repeated same routine. He said bad modem. 2 CL employees told me modem could be Express Overnight delivery on Sat. Hugo said would take 2 days!

@CenturyLinkHelp Pg 3. Last month a tech was dispatched 5 days after report of outage. He replaced modem & said should resolve all problems I had experienced. Friday afternoon, internet out. Electronic voice system kept telling me to log onto CL app! How? No internet svc! Spoke with âMarkâ.

Had an appointment today for @CenturyLinkHelp to come out and fix my internet. Loaded the appointment up while rocking my son to sleep and noticed it had been changed to Nov 29th. No one told me... It went from today to over a month from now... I have no words...

@CenturyLinkHelp That's ok. I have passwords and the IP address to get to the setup . What I am saying is, with years with CenturyLink, DSL hasn't been a problem like this..

@gobrightspeed buys out CenturyLink and my service is even worse. Add to that and they won't even provide information on where or when they will start installing their promised fiber network. I can barely even stream shows or game anymore. Shameful.
