Pat Buchanan - Event Director


Pat Buchanan has 20 years of coaching experience in Minnesota at Various schools in the Twin Cities.Currently, He serves as the Athletic Director at Trinity at River Ridge in Eagan, Minnesota.

Peirre Conwell - Site Director


Peirre has experience officiating prep hoop tournaments for the last 4 years. In addition, Peirre has coached on the AAU Prep Hoops Circuit for two years. He has led youth camps for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx focused on player development and sportsmanship. Peirre was introduced to basketball very young and took his potential into the junior league playing at Northeast Community College and went on to Join Texas A&M international University at the Division 2 level. When away from athletics Peirre is an assistant principal and working on his doctorate in education.

Bo Powell - Event Director


Bo Attended Flint Northwestern High School in Flint, MI. Bo went on to play at Iowa Central Community College where he was a Junior College All-American. Bo went on to play at the University of North Dakota. Bo went on to play professional basketball in Germany. Bo is currently the Head Boys' Basketball Coach at Robbinsdale Cooper High School.

Jake Sullivan - Event Director


Jake Sullivan graduated from Tartan High School in Oakdale, Minnesota in 2000 after scoring3,013 points in his high school career and winning a high school state championship. Followinghis high school career, Jake went on to play at Iowa State University. While at Iowa StateUniversity, Jake was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year, three-time All-Big 12 selection, three-time academic All-American, and still holds the career record for most made three-point fieldgoals. Following his playing career Jake has been heavily involved in the basketball communityhelping to start All Iowa Attack, founding Kingdom Hoops, and since returning to Minnesota in2018 coaching at Eden Prairie High School, D1 Minnesota, running 7-J’s basketball training anddevelopment, while also serving as an event director for Prep Hoops since 2019.

The Prep Hoops Circuit is the most comprehensive independent grassroots basketball circuit in the country. An independent platform that provides the visibility, benefits, and experience of the elite shoe circuits, coupled with the flexibility, logistical, and financial effectiveness required to run an elite program.

The tournament schedule will be finalized and released by 11:59 PM CST on Tuesday night the week of the event.

Teams need to be prepared to play at any of the venues. Once the schedule is finalized and released you will be able to see exactly which venue you will play at.

All games will take place in thistimeframe.All teams must be prepared to play within each timeframe below,

Friday: 3PM - 10PM

Saturday: 8AM -10PM

Sunday: 8AM - 5PM

Please know that schedules are subject to change and that we will do our best to communicate any changes.

Teams need to be prepared to play at any of the venues. Once the schedule is finalized and released you will be able to see exactly which venue you will play at.

The deadline to register is 5 PM CST 14days prior to the event start date. However, registration may close sooner if there is limited court space available.

We strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in the event.

All schedule requests need to be added to your dashboard 14days prior to the event start date. Events beginning in less than one week will no longer be accepting schedule requests. Log in here.

IMPORTANT: All schedule requests will be evaluated based on the order they come in. We will do our absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests, specifically teams who are traveling long distances. Extenuating circ*mstances will be treated with priority. Due to the high volume of teams that we draw to each event, all teams need to be prepared during each day of the event. This includes Friday night.

$55 plus processing.This covers yourentry for all days.Kids 8 & under are free.

Important: All tickets must be purchased via debit or credit. Cash transactions willNOTbe allowed.Prep Hoops events will not take any form of payment from other applications besides our own app. (No Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc)

Teams will be given2 coaches wristbands when teams check-in.No additional wristbands will be given to a 3rd or 4th coach.Additional coaches will need to pay the admissions fee to get in.

Final Deposit Refund Policy

  1. Per my contract, I understand that if my program ends up not facilitating one (or more) of the above-listed teams, but I made a deposit for them, I will receive my deposit back in full so long as I notify the Prep Network Events team by March 15th. After March 15th this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  2. Given the terms above if you signed up for the circuit after March 1st you have until June 1st to notify Prep Network and receive a refund if your program ends up not facilitating one (or more) of the above-listed teams. After June 1st this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any Tournament Event (not including finals) -Drop Prior to the Invoice Deadline (21 Days Prior to the Event)

  1. Team(s) can receive a full rollover payment to any future event in the same circuit season when they drop before the two-week notice of any respective event.

NOTE: All rollover payments must apply to an event that is NOT currently sold out.

Any Tournament Event (not including finals) -Drop After the Invoice Deadline (20 Days Prior to the Event)

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all payments made to Prep Network will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-transferable when scheduling begins for any respective event.

You are required to compete in all games you are scheduled to play in. If for any reason you cannot attend a game, you are required to communicate and notify the Tournament Director at least 12 hours prior to your game start time. Failure to notify the Tournament Director will result in team banishment from all Prep Hoops events for 1 event calendar year.

International Teams are able to attend any Prep Hoops Circuit Regional Final without meeting circuit attendance requirements due to a difference in academic calendars.

Visibility for players at our events is enhanced through live coverage on social media and post-event coverage on our site. We strive to have multiple scouts live on-site, and will often supplement the in-person coverage with scouts tuning in on BallerTV. All of the coverage will be posted to our website in the days following the event, and will include player-driven analysis of athletes that stood out during the event.
