Site History

This site has been around since 1996, and was hosted at GeoCities.com until it moved to tangledupinblues.com @ "DotEasy" in September 2000. In June 2002 the site was passed down to me. I combined it with my "Dedication" site at "Tripod" and Now I have a new Host: "IXwebhosting.com". Since I have 5 domains, I can have them in one account. Plus have LOTS of bandwidth.
The domain name is a variation of Bob Dylan's "Tangled Up in Blues" (there is also a Dylan tribute album named Tangled Up in Blues,; Blues, music or otherwise, is definitely something you get tangled up in. The site has been mentioned in a couple of guitar magazine articles, most recently the August 2000 issue of Guitar World.

This site is, of course, just the work of a fan and does not constitute the voice of any party related to Stevie Ray Vaughan. I would strongly like to mention: Many sites that have alot of good information/photos/etc have "gone down" for one reason or another.. If you are in a situation where you need to give up a site... please pass it down to someone who will take care of it.

Thinking of submitting any item relating to SRV, such as writing or art, on your terms, please do!!! I welcome poetry, tribute bands....Related sites. I may take a bit of time to get links and such up on the net...(you may nag). Maybe I could have had a "crash"...
